Back Cover Blurb

I worry.
I always have.
Recently, nothing is helping me stop worrying. I can't concentrate. My tummy feels like there are lions fighting in it. My head feels like it is full of loud, buzzing bees. My heart beats fast. My hands get sweaty.
What can I do?
I'll start by asking, is this worry worth worrying about?
If you have lots of worries like me, the ideas in this story can help you work through your worries too.
We got this!
